What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a complimentary therapy that treats each individual to manage life’s challenges physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
It aims to support and strengthen the individual’s inner resources through the teachings of yoga.
Yoga Therapy Session
A Yoga Therapy session is one on one, where we create a personal practice to be followed at home. This could be asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and guided imagery. Diet and lifestyle may also play a part.
When creating the practice we will take into consideration diet, lifestyle, current state of health, culture, ability and an individuals time schedule.
Yoga is very effective and the key to its success is a step-by-step approach.
The practice should last you at least 6 months and can be renewed as needed.
What is the cost?
It is recommend you have 3 sessions over 4-6 weeks.
