This week we focus on going to bed earlier, we’re also going to focus on enjoying our evenings, and having nourishing bedtime routines. In this way we’ll reconnect with the holistic complexity of our mind-body-spirit before we end the day. Over time, this habit will payoff in terms of a strong immune system and a natural joyful experience in life.

For deeply restful sleep, try a meditation and a foot massage before bed. Here is a video about warm sesame foot massage. Sesame oil is warming so in Summer you can try Coconut Oil which is cooling.
