Beginners
You do not need to be flexible to do yoga! Yoga is for everyone! Join my 8 week course to introduce you to the basics of Hatha yoga. Open your body, calm your mind and feel the benefits of this ancient science.
General Hatha
Move your body and find space in your mind. This class is made up of pranayama, sun salutes and vinyasa (breath-synchronised movement) followed by different combinations of balancing poses, hip openers, abdominal work, forward bends, twists and inversions finishing with relaxation and meditation. A great way to kick-start your day!
Yin Yoga
Do you want to learn to relax in uncomfortable situations? Stay centered in the middle of kaos? Then come and try this class! In yin yoga we hold each pose for 2-10min. This practice is the opposite to most other forms of exercise we do. The idea is that we completely soften the muscles and relax into the pose, observing the mind as the body becomes still. It is a fantastic antidote to our everyday life and helps bring awareness to the subtle body. You will leave feeling revived and restored.
